We understand there is an abundance of options when it relates to travel baseball organizations in the central Illinois area. We'd like to take a minute to tell you why Team Ox Wood is an organization you should strongly consider.

Dedication​. It would be tough to find an organization leader more dedicated to the game than Justin Fletcher. Baseball certainly gets Justin's full attention. Team Ox Wood is lucky to have a leader that can say this sport is his full-time passion. "If I'm not teaching baseball, I'm making baseball bats at my bat shop. If I'm not making bats or giving lessons, I'm thinking of ways to make Team Ox Wood the best travel ball experience possible. This is what I do. Baseball is my 9 am - 5 pm, except it's really like 9 am - 9 pm!" - Justin

Development. Team Ox Wood prides itself on the emphasis it puts on its player development abilities. The organization holds optional winter practices each weekend at Fletcher's Hitting Center in Pekin. Having two former professional players and one current professional player giving instruction at Fletcher's gives the young players the opportunity to learn from the best.

Fun. Our number one goal as an organization is to make sure our players are enjoying what they do, so when they look back at their time with Team Ox Wood they will be filled with plenty of positive memories.  We understand that development and winning only come if the group of ball players are truly enjoying the thrill of competition.
